Roofer Foreman – Residential Construction

Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer Foreman to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will lead a team of roofers, ensure work quality, maintain safety standards, and manage project timelines efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in roofing, and the ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of roofers on residential projects.
• Plan and organize daily work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect roofs to assess repair, replacement, or new installation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and potential issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Proven experience as a Roofer Foreman or senior roofing role in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on roofing experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role managing roofing teams.
• Residential construction project experience is highly preferred.

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary based on project requirements).
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
