Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager based in Freshwater. The role will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service, satisfaction, and seamless food and beverage delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff, including hiring and training, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality control, and fostering a welcoming and vibrant dining environment. The Assistant General Manager will lead by example, ensuring that the team delivers an outstanding guest experience in alignment with The Hut’s values and reputation.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills and experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Hiring and team management to build and lead a cohesive team.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge and experience within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Passion for providing an exceptional guest dining experience with the ability to inspire and uphold high standards.
