We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Card Receipt Entry Clerk to join our accounting team. This entry-level Accounts Payable position is responsible for managing company credit card accounts, collecting and entering receipts, and ensuring accurate monthly reconciliation of expenses. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with employees regarding credit card documentation and account management.

• Manage and oversee accounts for 50+ employee credit cards.
• Collect, code, and enter employee credit card receipts on a daily basis.
• Contact employees regarding missing or outstanding receipts.
• Process credit card account changes, including limit increases or decreases as directed.
• Order new credit cards and cancel existing cards as needed.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of all company credit card accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and support the accounting team with administrative tasks related to credit card management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting software.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with employees, vendors, and coworkers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
