Responsibilitiesserve as liaison across controllership functions, translate complex accounting standards into operational procedures, support system integrations (SAP, Hyperion), and drive automation and technology-enabled process efficiencies.
RequirementsBachelor’s in Accounting; 7+ years of progressive accounting experience covering operational and technical accounting; strong U.S. GAAP, SOX knowledge; experience with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, Hyperion; CPA or equivalent preferred.
High Valuesupport for complex accounting matters, organizational change initiatives, system implementation, and process optimization in a biotech context.
Work Setuphybrid in San Rafael, with onsite presence twice weekly.
