The Executive Assistant position, under limited supervision from the President, will perform diverse and advanced secretarial duties and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the President’s Office. Assignments involve work of a confidential or complex nature, requiring exposure to sensitive information and contacts. The role necessitates considerable discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy, as well as a practical knowledge of the function’s practices and procedures, general company policies, and programs.

Relying on experience and judgment, the Executive Assistant will plan and accomplish goals with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. The role may involve directing and leading the work of others.

This position requires excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. Attendance and punctuality are critical for efficiency at Vie-Del Company.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
