As the Administrative Assistant to a growing company, you are expected to conform to change easily, take initiative on staff‑related needs, and be the people’s champion. You will have an upbeat personality, help rally a remote and onsite team to accomplish a variety of activities, work creatively, prioritize your time, and be trusted with sensitive information.
This is an onsite, full‑time, hourly position with benefits.
Base Pay Range$20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Responsibilities- Support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office by managing supplies, resources, and vendor relationships
- Act as a friendly first point of contact for calls, inquiries and visitors.
- Handle office logistics including ordering for office items, company lunches and day‑to‑day staff needs.
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to leadership.
- Help plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and gatherings.
- Create clear, thoughtful, and engaging written communications to keep staff informed and connected.
- Assist with travel planning and logistics.
- Prepare materials and resources that support presentations, meetings, and team initiatives.
- Look for ways to improve how things work behind the scenes, including opportunities to streamline or automate processes.
- Help welcome new team members and support employee‑focused initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, people‑first workplace by helping organize team activities, celebrations, and moments of recognition.
- Handle errands and on‑the‑ground support as needed.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as they arise.
- Proficiency in cloud‑based programs such as Google, Slack, and Asana.
- Technical experience in website creation (Word Press) and graphic design using Canva.
- A track record of handling sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Demonstrated success in the end‑to‑end planning and execution of diverse company initiatives, ranging from small team gatherings to large‑scale conferences.
- Proven experience in office coordination with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive, people‑first workplace culture.
- Experience in fundraising is a major plus.
- AA degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Confidentiality is a must.
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs and go up and down stairs multiple times a day.
