Service Administrator

Service Administrator Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 Hourly

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Variety in the workday — You will combine phone calls, cashier responsibilities, clerical work, scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Greet customers and provide professional customer service.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.

Schedule and confirm service appointments.

Communicate with customers regarding service visits, payments, and general inquiries.

Process customer payments and operate the cashier/POS system.

Prepare and maintain receipts, invoices, and other service-related documentation.

Perform daily clerical responsibilities, including filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and record keeping.

Maintain accurate customer and service records.

Assist Service Advisors and management with administrative tasks.

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions while maintaining accuracy.

Previous customer service, cashier, clerical, receptionist, or automotive dealership experience is favorable.

Comfortable handling cash and processing payments.

Basic data-entry skills.

Manage assigned work and ask for additional work when available.

Provide a professional, respectful experience for every customer.

Collaborate well with customers, coworkers, and management.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
