Location- Chico, CA — or willing to relocate
- Fresno, CA — or willing to relocate
$70,000 - $100,000 annually

- Monitor production metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality.

- Collaborate with logistics, and sales to align production priorities with business goals and customer demand.
- Drive lumber sales growth by nurturing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in the market.
- Partner with sales teams to forecast demand, manage pricing strategies, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing that balance customer satisfaction with company profitability.
- Lead by example — hands‑on, professional, and results‑oriented in every aspect of the job.
