Job Summary:

This position will assist senior account managers with the assigned book of business, renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, enter client activity in the agency system.

Responsibilities

* Renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, data entry of client activity in the agency system.

* Exercise judgment and discretion in important matters.

* Meet with clients as needed.

* Receive and responds to all calls, faxes, emails and mail in a timely manner.

* Organize and prioritize workflow.  Process certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verify accuracy and forward to the client with appropriate correspondence.

Requirements

* Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.

* High attention to detail and organization skills.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to interact with diverse personalities.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Details:

Hourly: $19 - $20
