Behavior Technician Childcare

• Hours:
  
  All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm or 3:30pm to 8pm
• Work Setting:
  Primarily in client homes, with some sessions at local centers depending on client needs
• Daily pay access available
• Compensation: $18.75-$21.75/hr
• Note:
  
  Spanish fluency is required. Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer; babysitting counts)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos

• Help kids learn through play: teach skills like communication, sharing, and following directions through games and activities
• Be a positive role model: encourage progress and celebrate small victories
• Stay active:
  
  move around, play, and engage during sessions
• Keep things organized: track progress and outcomes (training provided)
• Support families: be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope

• Full, paid training (no experience needed)
