Senior Foreman / Project Manager – Roofing & General Construction Full-Time | Fresno, CA | $75,000+ Base Salary + Bonuses | Long-Term Career Opportunity

Infinite Home Solutions – a fast-growing roofing and general contracting company based in Fresno, California – is hiring a Senior Foreman / Project Manager to help lead our expansion into full-service construction and home improvement across the Central Valley and Northern California.

We’re licensed as both a C-39 Roofing Contractor and B-General Contractor in California, and we’re looking for a seasoned construction pro who’s ready to take on a leadership role in our next stage of growth.

• You are a General Contractor or equivalent and have 10–15+ years of hands-on experience in the trades.
• You know roofing and carpentry inside and out—and you understand all phases of residential and light commercial construction.
• You’ve managed job sites, led teams, trained crews, and delivered quality work under deadlines.
• You’re eager to help a high-performing company grow beyond roofing, identifying new services we can offer to meet customer needs.
• You’re a boots-on-the-ground leader—capable of managing crews, participating in jobs as needed, inspecting sites, and upholding high workmanship standards.
• You want long-term stability, room for growth, and a say in shaping the future of a company with no layoffs in 5+ years.

• Supervise and support roofing, carpentry, and general construction crews on active job sites.
• Help us expand our services by identifying high-demand construction and home service offerings.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing field employees.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and pre-job walkthroughs.
• Collaborate directly with the leadership team to improve systems, workflows, and job performance.
• Help scope and estimate projects with sales and office staff.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and top-tier craftsmanship on every job.

• Minimum 10 years in residential or commercial construction (roofing and carpentry required).
• Licensed General Contractor in California (preferred).
• Proven project leadership and crew management experience.
• Strong understanding of building codes, job sequencing, safety protocols.
• Must be able to travel to job sites throughout Central and Northern California.
• Clean driving record, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.

• $75,000+ base salary with performance bonuses.
