This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, working 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday. The Construction Assistant will work under the Chief Superintendents’ and Assistant Superintendents’ guidance.

• Assisting in the planning, management, and execution of construction projects.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times on the construction site.
• Using various tools and operating heavy machinery as needed.
• Assisting in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Scheduling tasks and managing labor to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Regularly inspecting equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
• Communicating regularly with team members and superiors about project progress.
• Assisting in home building and remodeling projects.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience with safety protocols, tools, equipment, and site cleanup.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to handle labor‑intensive tasks.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality work on all projects.
• Experience in home building and remodeling.
