The Building People is seeking a Facilities Cost Estimator for a full-time role in Fresno, CA. You will develop independent government and commercial cost estimates, prepare SOWs, evaluate proposals, and provide cost analyses for facility maintenance, repair, renovation, and construction projects.
You will conduct site assessments, prepare take-offs, review drawings and specs, and support project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment decisions.
