As a Priority Support Agent, you'll be a crucial part of our inclusive and dynamic team. This role involves addressing customer concerns regarding enrollment escalations and assisting with 1095‑A/3895 tax forms within Covered California. Our Priority Support Agents are dependable, flexible, and have a strong commitment to assisting our customers. When you join our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by offering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for the Californians we serve.

Pay Differential: If selected, incumbents will receive a call center pay differential and be compensated an additional $150 per month.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
  • Prior call center or high‑production environment experience
  • Prior experience working with Internal and External Stakeholders
  • Prior experience interpreting policies and procedures
  • Experience working as part of a team and collaborating with others to meet objectives
  • Prior experience delivering professional verbal and written communication
  • Experience working with confidential /sensitive information
