We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Support Center team! As a vital part of our support structure, this team serves as the hub for the Field Operation team across seven states. This position is set in a call center environment where you will interact with technicians and customers via phone and a variety of computer systems.
This is a fast-paced role with a high call volume that offers both challenges and rewards. This position also has sales incentive opportunities. If you’re eager to learn and grow, this is the perfect team for you!
- Starting Pay: $18–$21/hr (depending on experience)

- Serves as a point of contact between field technicians and customers
- Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Use multiple computer programs to input and track service requests
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-resolution
- Offer solutions to customers – new products, new internet, new services, etc.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective solutions
- Other tasks as assigned
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales roles
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
