A growing faith-based travel management company in Fresno, CA is seeking a Call Center Representative to join its in-office team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in reservations, hospitality, travel, administrative support, or client care. In this role, you will help travelers navigate reservations, payments, special requests, accommodations, and travel details with accuracy and professionalism.

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from travelers while providing professional, friendly, and accurate customer support.
- Create, update, and manage traveler reservations, profiles, accommodations, cabin assignments, waitlists, special requests, and reservation changes.
- Process payments, monitor account balances, maintain payment records, and follow up with travelers regarding outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers, vendors, and internal team members to confirm availability, accommodations, updates, and reservation details.
- Audit reservations for accuracy and completeness while maintaining organized records and timely follow-up communication.
- Research destinations, cruise itineraries, hotels, supplier inventory, and travel industry updates to assist travelers with planning questions.
- Pay: $21 per hour.

- 3 to 5 years of related experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, travel, administrative support, or coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with consistency and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, service-driven approach.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, reservations, ticketing, or customer care.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Familiarity with reservation software, travel supplier processes, cruise itineraries, hotels, or group travel coordination.
