CSUN is seeking a Customer Service Worker-Usher/Backstage to provide welcoming and efficient service for performances at The Soraya and campus theaters. This on-call, on-site role supports ticketing, seating, safety, hospitality, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.
Under supervision, you will refer matters to supervisors, assist with scanning tickets, enforce venue policies, and help patrons find seats.
