We are looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our team! The office manager will lead day‑to‑day operations in support of physicians and staff, helping to develop the practice while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns, educating about treatment options, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
• .Completed regular reviews of business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies and plans to improve business performance.
• Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure priorities and work assignments are communicated regularly.
• Lead strategic local marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
