Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking Full-Time and Per Diem physicians to work at our Urgent Care location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of our growing service lines in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About Us
The Community Health System is a locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare network based in Fresno, California. It is the region's largest healthcare provider and private employer. We operate a physician residency program in collaboration with the University of California, San Francisco. Our facilities include the only Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive burn center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities:
Education: MD or DO required.
Licenses and Certifications: Must be eligible for medical licensure in California.
