Pay Rate: $16.50/hr - $19.90/hr Non-Teaching Rate and up to $22.10/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.

• Teach music lessons to students using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student count and ensure each student grows and enjoys music.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount.
• Assist with customer service as needed to build long term relationships.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Partner with students and families through frequent communication.
• Communicate student progress to parents.
• Share goals and progress frequently.

• Previous experience in Music, Education or related field.
• Ability to teach an instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
• Demonstrated competency in the instrument you will teach.
