The successful candidate will develop and deliver a full schedule of developmental and transfer‑level business administration courses, advance student learning through effective instruction, engage in professional development, build industry partnerships, and contribute to college governance and assessment.

• Teach a full schedule of developmental and transfer‑level business administration courses, including introductory to advanced topics, business communication, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, personal finance and investing, human resource management, marketing, and supervisory/management as assigned.
• Develop and maintain effective, dedicated, and exemplary instruction in the Business Administration department.
• Engage in appropriate professional development activities, including community outreach and industry collaboration.
• Assist in the selection, development, and assessment of adjunct faculty and in delivering distance‑education courses.
• Participate in faculty functions, program review, student learning outcome development, and assessment activities; serve on department, college, and district committees as needed.

• Master’s degree in business, business administration, finance, marketing, or business education; or Bachelor’s degree with Master’s in a related field (e.g., economics, personnel management, public administration, or law).
• Valid California Community College Credential or equivalent education and/or experience (requires equivalency).

• Experience incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into teaching and evaluation practices.
• Professional experience in business (accounting, finance, management, entrepreneurship, etc.) with at least two years in a supervisory/management position.
• Experience building and maintaining community and industry partnerships; developing new academic programs and curricula responsive to employer needs.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, LLMs, and social media for classroom instruction.
