Pay Range: $17.50 to $20 per hour
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: Monday through Friday full time
The Learning Experience in Fresno is hiring an energetic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to guide children as they explore, grow, and build confidence in a nurturing learning environment. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys fostering curiosity and supporting developmental milestones.
What You Will Do- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for children ages three to five
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning
- Plan and implement daily learning activities and classroom routines
- Guide children through meals, transitions, and structured learning times
- Communicate consistently with families to build strong relationships
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
- Must meet California licensing requirements for Preschool Teachers
- At minimum must hold twelve Early childhood education units
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
- Experience in preschool, childcare, or early childhood education preferred
- Positive, reliable, and attentive to safety and detail
- Passion for early childhood learning and development
- No nights or weekends
