Overview
AutoCAD Drafter with experience in civil drafting. Will be responsible for creating detailed plans for permit approval for installation of underground fiber optic conduits and/or aerial installation.
Position Location : Fresno, Ca.
Responsibilities- Create 2D AutoCAD Permit / Construction Plans for installation of fiber optic facilities from Google Earth KMZs or hand sketch drawings.
- Create building entry details for running fiber optic cable inside the customer’s property.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, or AutoCAD Map 3D / Civil 3D
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Google Earth Pro
- Good communication skills
- Able to turn in completed plans in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with ESRI ArcMAP a plus
- Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - 2+ years’ experience with AutoCAD, or AutoCAD Map3D / Civil 3D
