About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Opto-Mechanical Engineer to join a leading team in the semiconductor and precision optics industry. In this role, you will design, test, and launch next-generation metrology and precision optical systems, working with lasers, optics, fiber optics, and advanced mechanical assemblies.
What Youll Do
- Design and develop precision opto-mechanical systems.
- Lead projects from concept and prototype through to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in optics, lasers, and electronics.
What Were Looking For
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field(MS/PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in precision mechanical or opto-mechanical design.
- Background in kinematic design, vacuum systems, adhesives, or precision machining.
- Experience with lasers, interferometers, or optical systems strongly desired.
- Familiarity with optical design software (Zemax, FRED) a plus.
