** Duties and Responsibilities**:
* MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Minimum of 1+ years' experience in customer service or administrative support
* Experience in supportive and/or leadership roles
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Good phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in use Microsoft Office Products, and database applications
* Ability to quickly establish priorities and work independently
