Finance Manager | Hybrid in Fresno, CA*

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, cost management, and process improvement within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and inventory management, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and drive automation within Net Suite.

Must have manufacturing industry experience

• Lead the development and management of budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations, with a focus on production costs, margin analysis, and variance reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting functions, including standard costing, cost allocations, and reconciliation of inventory accounts to the general ledger.
• Manage the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP.
• Monitor inventory levels, production efficiency, and material usage to ensure accurate reporting and effective cost control.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and profitability initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial workflows, enhance reporting, and strengthen internal controls.
• Drive ERP (Net Suite) enhancements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide finance team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Solid experience in managing month-end close processes and ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and ERP automation (Net Suite strongly preferred).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
