Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Processor to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vehicle sales, maintaining compliance with all required documentation, and assisting with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process vehicle finance and lease deals for accuracy and completeness
  • Submit contracts to lenders and follow up on funding status
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected and properly filed
  • Maintain communication with banks, lenders, and internal departments to clear stipulations
  • Verify and reconcile payments and payoffs
  • Accurately post deals into the dealership management system (DMS)
  • Prepare finance documents for submission to the business office
  • Assist with DMV-related tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies

The approximate pay range for this position starts at $18.00-$20.00 plus bonuses. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Requirements Qualifications
  • Previous dealership experience in a finance, billing, or administrative role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and dealership software systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
