Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

AB Staffing is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year.

Openings are available in Elementary, Middle, and High School settings. Caseloads and classroom details will vary based on school location. The contract runs through the 2025/2026 school year, with hours ranging from 37.5 to 40 hours per week, following the academic district calendar.

$2,600-3,200 per week DOE

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a related field.
• National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.

Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

• Identify students needing speech or language services and provide tailored interventions.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and implement alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Assess individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and align with curriculum goals.
• Model professional behavior, uphold values, and support character development.
