San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is a 62‑bed acute rehab facility located in Fresno, CA. The hospital provides rehabilitative services to individuals recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses, helping patients regain physical or cognitive abilities and return home at the highest level of independence. The environment is fast‑paced and friendly, allowing staff to get to know patients and families personally.

• Perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure the hospital’s physical environment meets established standards for cleanliness and sanitation, as well as all infection control and safety standards for the facility. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of floors and furniture using a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of experience as a floor tech in lieu of education will be considered.

• Healthcare or other hospitality environment experience preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper procedures for preparing and maintaining various types of floor coverings.
• Familiarity with various floor care products common to the industry and ability to safely use these products.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
