Surgical Scrub Technician, OR Tech, ORT Full Time

Regional Hand Center of Central California is looking for an experienced OR Surgical Scrub Technician to join our ASC team. This at-will, full‑time position follows a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday schedule, with weekends and holidays off.

• Assist in most aspects of the operative process under the direction of the daily assigned charge RN.
• Exhibit detailed knowledge of surgical instruments and prescribed procedures to provide surgeons the appropriate sterile instruments and supplies throughout surgery.
• Scrub in types of cases during assigned schedule, perform room turnover between cases, stock rooms and carts, communicate with materials management, and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate fully with peers to create a safe and effective work environment, culture of growth, and focus on excellent patient care.
• Act as a resource by coordinating with multiple departments, scheduling, and informing Clinical Director, pre‑ and post‑op departments.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduated from a recognized Surgical Technician program.
• Minimum 2 years surgical technician experience, preferably in an ASC.
• Current BLS certification.
• Good mental and physical dexterity.
• Excellent personal and moral character references.
• Demonstrated work ethic with adherence to attendance and punctuality.
• Great team player – a must.

Competitive compensation DOE with an excellent benefits package available for full time. Salary: $25 – $32 per hour.
