Base Pay Range: $29.00/hr – $40.50/hr

• Analyze lab‑work results and educate patients and their families on appropriate dietary choices.
• Build long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the core care team to influence and lead patient outcomes, helping them live better lives.

• State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including multiple facilities and travel when needed.
• Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hiring and training.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days of hire.
