Overview

This position is responsible for applying physical therapy treatment and training to patients to decrease and/or alleviate pain, regain movement, and restore function following an injury, disease, or physical disability.

• Apply physical therapy treatment and training to patients to decrease and/or alleviate pain, regain movement, and restore function after injury, disease, or physical disability.
• Operate PT equipment safely and perform basic functional evaluations.
• Relate to patients, physicians, the public, and other health care providers in a professional manner while delivering excellent customer service.

• Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy is required.
• Successful completion of the State Board exam is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of California is required.
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Ability to operate PT equipment safely and perform basic functional evaluations is required.
• Ability to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, the public and other health care providers while demonstrating excellent customer service is required.

Pay Range: $48.79-$68.31
