Inspire Health Medical Group, affiliated with UCSF Fresno, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an enthusiastic team in the Trauma (TSS)/Acute Care Surgical (ACS) Division that serves the growing population of Fresno, CA at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC).
CRMC is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the Central Valley of California, serving a large and diverse patient population. CRMC is a teaching institution affiliated with UCSF Fresno’s surgical residency program, making it an ideal environment for collaborative learning opportunities and professional development.
The PA or NP will be trained in the management of trauma and acute care surgical patients on a rotational basis throughout all levels of care, including the trauma bay, surgical floor, and intensive care unit. They will participate in the initial assessment and stabilization of acute trauma patients as well as performing daily rounds on admitted patients. Procedures performed include tube thoracostomy, central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement, and wound management.

Requirements
- Current or Eligibility to obtain a California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
- Graduate of ARC-PA Accredited Physician Assistant Program is required
- Certified or in process NCCPA Certification
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
