- Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
- Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
- Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.

- Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
We’re seeking passionate ABA professionals ready to step into a leadership role. You bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- 1+ year of ABA experience
, including direct client care. - Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train and support your development.
