Position Overview: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to support a busy skilled nursing rehabilitation program. This role focuses on restoring functional independence and supporting safe discharge planning.
Responsibilities- Evaluate residents’ functional and cognitive abilities

- Provide ADL training and therapeutic activities
