Salary Range: $68,000.00 To $72,000.00 Annually

• Assists with coordinating planning and executing activities with supervisors in regards to timetables, work schedules, etc.
• Assist with determining the workforce, recruitment and hiring of new staff
• Provide leadership support and direction to team members
• Assists in the responsibility of all hotel cash flow
• Must have working knowledge of specific property management systems used at the property
• Maintain high standard of hospitality and service
• Maintain high visibility throughout the property
