You will lead multi-outlet operations, shape service standards, and elevate the guest dining experience across Sur House, Sur Stream, In Room Dining, Pool, and Events & Banquets.
The role requires 3+ years in luxury F&B leadership, strong team leadership, and familiarity with luxury service and safety standards.
