Human Resources Assistant
Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, managing employee records, and assisting with essential HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee benefits.
Responsibilities- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Preparing and organizing employment documents for new hires.
- Maintaining confidential employee files and ensuring data accuracy.
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee inquiries promptly.
- Assisting with employee relations, training programs, and compliance initiatives.
- Supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
