Role

Summary:

Our Client is looking for a skilled Syteline Business Analyst to join their team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize the company's Syteline ERP system. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the business and work in a hands-on, impactful environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the Syteline ERP system.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct configuration, testing, and light development/customization within Syteline.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in the ERP system.
  • Provide training and support to end users for effective adoption of new features and processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Syteline, identifying optimization opportunities proactively.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst working with Syteline (Infor Cloud Suite Industrial) in a manufacturing setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Syteline v10 configuration and development.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and modules within Syteline.
  • Proven experience in managing ERP-related projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset aligned with a values-driven culture.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Certification in Syteline or relevant ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of additional ERP systems for broader insight.
  • Experience with other manufacturing-related software.
