Are you an expert in Veeva Vault RIM with deep technical knowledge in regulatory submission, registration, content management, and platform governance. BrezQ is looking for a Veeva Vault RIM Specialist to lead advanced troubleshooting, release governance, integration operations, and compliance oversight across Vault applications.

• Lead End-to-End Delivery: Oversee Veeva Vault RIM implementations, upgrades, and general releases.
• Solution Architecture: Own solution design for complex regulatory requirements across Submissions, Registrations, and Content.
• Technical Governance & Escalations: Serve as the primary L3/platform support SME for complex incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and system defects.
• Release & Change Management: Drive Release Impact Assessments (RIA) and manage GxP change control activities (impact analysis, proposals, risk assessments).
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure platform stability, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness using CSV/CSA methodologies.

  Experience:
  
  10+ years overall IT experience with 7+ years specialized in Veeva Vault RIM (Submissions, Registrations, Content, Safety Docs).
• Configuration & Governance: 6–9 years configuring Objects, fields, layouts, life cycles, object/document workflows, entry actions, validation rules, and sharing settings.
• Data Modeling & Standards: 6–9 years designing cross-object relationships, constraint logic, controlled vocabularies, and picklist strategies.
• Release Management: 4–6 years driving Release Impact Assessments (RIA) and change controls.
• L3 Support & ITIL: 4–6 years in L3 triage, complex incident handling, RCA, and ITIL processes.
• GxP & Validation: 4–6 years working knowledge of GxP, regulatory validation requirements, and audit-readiness.
• Reporting & Data Operations: 2–4 years in Vault data modeling, data quality/migrations, and building advanced dashboards/analytics.

• Veeva Vault Admin or Domain Specialist Certification(s).
• Hands-on exposure to SQL, XML, and API debugging.
• Solid understanding of global regulatory processes (FDA, EMA, Health Authorities) supporting submissions, commitments, and correspondence.
