MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AN IT FIELD SUPPORT TECH WITH NETWORKING & ACTIVE DIRECTORY TO APPLY!
We are currently seeking an experienced IT FIELD SUPPORT TECH II for a credit union with 19 branches in the greater Ventura County and Los Angeles area.
Pay: $33-43/hr Temp-to-hire / 90 days for the right person!Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities:- IT technical support by phone, email, messaging, and in-person.
- Install, update, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop computers.
- Support printers and scanners.
- Administrate and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and other applications.
- Update user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, and Symitar.
- Learn and support new systems.
- Vendor warranty claims.
- Implementation support.
- Travel to branches.
- Must be able to work overtime, including Saturdays.
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2 – 4 years supporting Windows OS & MS Office.
- Working knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting of software and hardware.
- Dell computers preferred.
- Service Now ticket preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
