Computer Support Specialist

We are currently hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and colleagues. Your main duties will include troubleshooting computer systems, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and ensuring all systems are running smoothly.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge of computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients and colleagues through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computer systems.
• Install and configure new software or hardware as needed.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform regular maintenance on computer equipment.
• Train users on how to use new software or hardware.
• Document all support activities for future reference.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: $1200 per month

This job is suitable for individuals without experience. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in the United States. This position is open to all genders. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
