Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking a Behavior Technician in California to work 1:1 with children who have autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur in the child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours, with caseloads tailored to your availability and comfort with age groups from toddlers to teens.
You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and communicate with families while receiving supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate team.
