Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

Bradford & Barthel, LLP is seeking Workers' Compensation attorneys throughout California. Remote or hybrid work is available, and California residency is not required.

Salary range: $100,000 – $220,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and location.

• Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience, preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act / Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.

• Technical proficiency: comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.
