  • Support international routing, customs clearance, shipment execution, and resolution of import/export or transportation issues.
  • Develop and lead cost-improvement projects related to transportation, duty, tariffs, carrier programs, brokerage, and international shipping practices.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to understand the tariff, country-of-origin, customs, and landed-cost implications of sourcing decisions.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to support international customer, distributor, demo, and service shipments.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering Legal on trade classification and technical-data requirements associated with new products and product changes.
  • Establish and monitor meaningful trade and logistics KPIs, including cost, service, compliance, and responsiveness.
  • Identify risks early, communicate practical options, recommend a path forward, and drive issues through resolution.
Cross-Functional Leadership

A key requirement of this role is the ability to work effectively across functional and organizational boundaries.

  • The Manager will partner regularly with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Engineering teams.
