Forward Planning/Entitlement Project Manager – Fresno, CA
Apple One is currently recruiting for a Forward Planning/Entitlement Project Manager. This career opportunity will provide a great opportunity for an individual with 10 plus years of Residential Construction experience focused on Forward Planning and Entitlements. This is an in‑office position, five days per week in the Fresno area. Our client is recognized as a leader in their industry.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in all aspects of Forward Planning and Entitlements for Residential Construction.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
- Pay Range: $140,000
- Excellent benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage.
