This is a full-time, on-site General Manager position located in Fresno, CA. As a General Manager, you will oversee daily studio operations, including staff management, member relations, and sales performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining a high-quality member experience, implementing revenue growth strategies, hiring and training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The General Manager will also coordinate with corporate partners and studio staff to meet organizational goals.

Exceptional team leadership, organization, and operational management will be essential for success in this role.

• Experience in management, team leadership, and operations administration
• Proficiency in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fitness, wellness industries, or general client-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to manage studio schedules and handle studio software for performance reporting and tracking
• Previous experience in hiring, training, and managing team members is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Background in achieving and managing revenue and operational targets is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
