, where you’ll play a hands‑on role in producing high‑quality components that support our manufacturing operations. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, continue growing your technical skills, and contribute directly to the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement efforts that drive our success.

• Fabricate high‑quality standard and custom fittings using engineering drawings and a variety of equipment with different sizes and levels of complexity.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and verbal instructions to determine precise dimensions while maintaining Prinsco’s quality standards.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently, including band saws, extrusion welders, and radial arm drills.
• Use a forklift to transport materials and completed products to designated locations.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to ensure accurate production and problem‑solving.
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet Prinsco quality requirements, promptly identifying and reporting defects or equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time production reporting as required.
• Support and assist teammates across the department when needed.
• Participate in cross‑training and continuous learning, developing skills in machine operation, computer systems, and documentation.
• Engage actively in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance processes and productivity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and production goals.
