- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE - ️ Communicate effectively and contribute to a team-focused environment
- Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color) - ✂️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers)
- Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication
- Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and/or frame - ️ Install and attach hardware
- Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance
- Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and production orders - ➕ Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and sustain physical activity throughout the shift
- Capability to stand and move while performing repetitive tasks
- A collaborative, team-driven attitude with strong attendance and reliability
- Commitment to quality, precision, and safety standards
- Problem-solving mindset and a drive to meet production goals - ️ Previous experience in a team assembly environment is a plus
- Customer-focused mentality and a desire to exceed expectations
