Salary Range: $16.50 To $17.50 Hourly

Cutting of plastic products using powered equipment, partially or completely, working at sample building bench or on shop floor for an assembly team.

• Reports on time and ready to work at beginning of shift and after each break.
• Set-up, operate and adjust machines including: changing or replacing saw blades, adjusting guides and stops to control width and length dimensions.
• Cuts parts to quality criteria to meet customer needs.
• Removes small quantities of plastic with electric buffers and wire wheels, files, knives and scrapers to produce close fit between parts.
• Ability to speak and understand English for safety reasons.
• Examine, measure and weigh materials for conformance.
• Measure and record cutting details.
• Review work order, blue prints, interpret drawings and specifications or samples.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read and write in English and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
• Ability to correctly read a tape measure and measure to 1/16 .
